Landlord & Tenant
Josh Nadelbach joined the firm as an associate in 2015. Josh’s practice includes commercial and residential landlord-tenant litigation in New York City Civil Court, New York State Supreme Court, and United States Bankruptcy Court. His practice also includes counseling landlords on rent regulation compliance, observance of federal, state and city laws, and drafting of residential and commercial leases.
Josh received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Touro College in 2012 and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2015, where he was on the Dean’s List and served as an Articles & Notes Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Josh has previously had internships with the National Football League, National Labor Relations Board, Law Offices of Rachel R. Paras, LLC, and the Honorable Leon Ruchelsman in Kings County Supreme Court.Admissions
